Brushing: Using fluoride toothpaste, brush your teeth twice a day. Be sure to brush the outer, inner and chewing surfaces of every tooth using a soft-bristled brush.
Flossing: Daily flossing removes food particles and plaque from areas that a toothbrush can&#39;t reach.
Diet: A well-balanced diet promotes healthier teeth and gums. Limiting sugary snacks and beverages can help prevent cavities.
Replace Your Toothbrush: A worn-out toothbrush is less effective. We encourage replacing your toothbrush every three to four months.
